At Hop Alliance, we stand by the quality of our brewing ingredients; however, due to the perishable nature of hops and yeast, we can only accept returns on unopened, non-perishable hardware or incorrectly shipped items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you need to return the item.

  Verification & Approval

  Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our safety and quality standards for returnable brewing supplies.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the unopened items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse using the provided RMA label; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
